Hear From Our Clients

Real Aqua Living Pools clients talk about building their pool with us.

A growing family

A young Gold Coast family bought a bigger home that had a pool in the plans, and contacted us before they had even signed the contract. The pool is now the centrepiece of their home and entertaining area. They had quotes from several companies and say Aqua Living Pools went above and beyond, with friendly staff, clear communication about each stage, a quick build and impeccable quality.

Comfort for the years ahead

This client in her 60s wanted a pool for comfort as she gets older. She uses it daily for exercise, movement and hydrotherapy (her two Labradors love it too), and says the Aqua Living Pools office was always there to take her calls and never let her down.

Workmanship and reliability

After getting around 15 to 20 quotes, this client chose Aqua Living Pools for workmanship rather than price. Having heard stories of builders running late, he found there was never a problem with Aqua: everyone did their job, he enjoyed watching the build, and he recommends us highly.

Award-Winning Custom Pool Builder

Very happy with the end result. Love the design of the pool, and how the pool works with the slope of the land. Shayne has a really good eye for design, he listens to what you want to achieve and then makes it happen. Administration team are excellent always there to help.

I couldn’t have ask for a better experience having an inground concrete pool installed . It was such a pleasure dealing with Aqua Living Pools . I was really nervous before commencement however it has just been so smooth throughout the process. All the tradesmen were punctual and great to deal with . I have many people walking past and commenting how the pool looks great . Thank you to Shayne, Matthew, Dawn , Belinda and the rest of the crew . I would certainly recommend Aqua Living Pools to anyone considering a pool.

Shayne and his team at Aqua Living Pools have constructed two beautiful pools for our family. The pools are simply stunning. Aqua Living are super competitive, on-time, and the quality of their pools are luxe! Our hinterland homes were made complete when the pools were finished!

Communication & Transparency

Shayne and the team at Aqua Living were great to work with. Shayne was honest and upfront from the start. He didn't sugar coat things, he gave me the best and worse case scenarios for costs and building situations so I always felt prepared. In the end I got a beautiful, high quality pool that has added value to my home and ambience to my yard. Well worth the cost, great company to work with and if I did it all over again I would use Aqua Living Pools for round 2!

I researched and obtained several quotes before deciding to go with Shayne due to his transparency regarding costs, professionalism and ability to work with my vision to help us obtain our dream pool on our small house block in Elanora. My pool began construction in February 2024, and I have waited several months before reviewing. The communication and support during the entire process, from planning to beyond handover, have been professional and friendly. Any changes to our design and choices were hassle-free, and all raised queries or concerns were resolved in a reasonable time frame. The water feature was a great choice; I had another salesperson with another company try to talk me out of one, and I'm so glad I went it. Any questions regarding pool care and servicing beyond handover were all answered in a timely manner. We absolutely love our Aqua Living pool and receive endless compliments from all who visit.

The team at Aqua Living installed our beautiful pool on time and on budget. There were no hidden surprises, and we were actually really impressed with the inclusions that were considered standard. Phone calls, questions and emails are always answered or returned promptly. We were kept up to date throughout the build and all trades who visited our property were great to work with. We highly recommend Aqua Living Pools

Professionalism & Reliability

Very professional service and delivered on all their promises. From day one all the tradesmen turned up on time and carried their jobs without any delays or interruption to our daily schedules. From the first day of our excavation to filling of our plunge pool their were no delays and 5 weeks later our pool was complete. I would not hesitate in recommending Aqua Living to help construct your pool.

Would highly recommend Shayne his whole team. From the first site visit right up to final handover, they were all very professional and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with the result and glad we went with Aqua Living Pools

We love our new pool and have been super happy with the service we received from start to finish with Aqua living pools. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a pool and would work with them again in the future

Aqua Living Pools are serious professionals! They worked along side us in creating our vision for our entire back outdoor area. They constructed a large new retaining wall, built our pool, provided sound advice and assistance at every stage, and also provided concreting. Easy to work with, clear communicators, hard-working - a polished business providing a superior service! Thanks to the entire team 😀 Don’t build your pool with anyone else!!!

It was with much trepidation that we decided to get a pool built on our property. We needn't have worried as dealing with Shayne at Aqua Pools made everything seamless. Shayne has an excellent team, is hands on himself and we would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Pools. We are very happy with the final product.

We are so happy with our beautiful pool. Everything went smoothly at every stage and all the staff and subcontractors were very professional but also approachable. Always kept updated by staff. We have received so many compliments and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you so much 🙂

Long-Term Satisfaction

I have been servicing the pools built by Aqua Living Pools over the last few years so when it came to remodelling my garden and building a pool of my own using Shayne and his team was an easy decision. They transformed my backyard into an oasis. Despite being a huge process they were prompt, reliable and displayed the same attention to detail that I had seen in so many of their other pools. I highly recommend Aqua Living Pools.

Our pool area is now the favourite place of the home thanks to Aqua Living Pools! Being a female, I was very cautious in who I went through installing our pool as I wanted someone to go through details carefully. Shane has a very approachable nature and find it very rare in the construction industry. The depth of the pool is perfect and the overall feel is exactly what we wanted. It’s been a few years now and everything is running just like it was day one. We live on a slope and no one can believe what the area used to look like prior to the pool. If you want a seamless experience building your pool go with Aqua Living.

I had a pool designed and installed by Aqua Living 2 years ago. I have waited until now to place a review as I wanted some time to pass to fully evaluate their performance. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of the pool installation and performance.I can still ring Shayne about any help I need for maintenance and he always answers or calls back. Definitely 5 star performance.

As an Australian-based family business we take great pride in the relationships we make with our clients. Aqua Living Pools (not to be confused with Aqua Living Spas from the USA) continues to welcome feedback from our clients so we can ensure every experience, from consultation to completion is a great one!
