A Tranquil Escape in Wongawollan
The clients of this project sought a sea change, moving inland to the tranquil suburb of Wongawollan, surrounded by the majestic gum trees. Their goal was to create the ultimate backyard escape, a space where they could enjoy the serenity of nature while still maintaining a resort-like atmosphere. With a focus on sleek design and immaculate taste, we tailored every element of this pool to reflect their vision of modern luxury.
 Key design features of this project include:
Silver Travertine Coping (600 x 400)
The clean, polished lines of the silver travertine coping frame the pool with sophistication, complementing the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Navy Black Pebble Interior
The dark navy-black pebble finish gives the water a deep, inviting hue, creating a sense of luxury that mirrors high-end resort pools. The water shimmers with elegance, contrasting beautifully against the silver coping.
Skimmer Hide Lid
We used a skimmer hide lid to keep the pool’s aesthetics uninterrupted by functional components, maintaining the clean, seamless look the clients desired.
Full-Length Bench Seat
Running the full length of the pool, this bench seat offers a perfect spot for relaxing in the water. Whether it’s for lounging or a casual conversation, this feature enhances the resort-like experience, allowing the clients to enjoy their pool in ultimate comfort.
Mosaic Tile Step Markers
Subtle and stylish, the mosaic step markers add both safety and elegance, blending seamlessly with the overall design.
Figure 4 Handrail
For ease of access, a sleek Figure 4 handrail was installed, ensuring that getting in and out of the pool is both safe and graceful. This feature adds a practical yet elegant touch to the overall design.
The pool was designed to fit harmoniously with the clients’ sprawling lawn, creating a cohesive space for outdoor living. With a backdrop of peaceful gum trees, this pool truly embodies the resort lifestyle the clients envisioned, offering a retreat right in their own backyard.
