I researched and obtained several quotes before deciding to go with Shayne due to his transparency regarding costs, professionalism and ability to work with my vision to help us obtain our dream pool on our small house block in Elanora. My pool began construction in February 2024, and I have waited several months before reviewing. The communication and support during the entire process, from planning to beyond handover, have been professional and friendly. Any changes to our design and choices were hassle-free, and all raised queries or concerns were resolved in a reasonable time frame. The water feature was a great choice; I had another salesperson with another company try to talk me out of one, and I'm so glad I went with the water blade and perfectly finished with a travertine stone wall and pavers. Any questions regarding pool care and servicing beyond handover were all answered in a timely manner. We absolutely love our Aqua Living pool and receive endless compliments from all who visit."
