Shayne and the team at Aqua Living were great to work with. Shayne was honest and upfront from the start. He didn't sugar coat things, he gave me the best and worse case scenarios for costs and building situations so I always felt prepared. In the end I got a beautiful, high quality pool that has added value to my home and ambience to my yard. Well worth the cost, great company to work with and if I did it all over again I would use Aqua Living Pools for round 2!

I researched and obtained several quotes before deciding to go with Shayne due to his transparency regarding costs, professionalism and ability to work with my vision to help us obtain our dream pool on our small house block in Elanora. My pool began construction in February 2024, and I have waited several months before reviewing. The communication and support during the entire process, from planning to beyond handover, have been professional and friendly. Any changes to our design and choices were hassle-free, and all raised queries or concerns were resolved in a reasonable time frame. The water feature was a great choice; I had another salesperson with another company try to talk me out of one, and I'm so glad I went it. Any questions regarding pool care and servicing beyond handover were all answered in a timely manner. We absolutely love our Aqua Living pool and receive endless compliments from all who visit.

Very professional service and delivered on all their promises. From day one all the tradesmen turned up on time and carried their jobs without any delays or interruption to our daily schedules. From the first day of our excavation to filling of our plunge pool their were no delays and 5 weeks later our pool was complete. I would not hesitate in recommending Aqua Living to help construct your pool.

Long-Term Satisfaction

I have been servicing the pools built by Aqua Living Pools over the last few years so when it came to remodelling my garden and building a pool of my own using Shayne and his team was an easy decision. They transformed my backyard into an oasis. Despite being a huge process they were prompt, reliable and displayed the same attention to detail that I had seen in so many of their other pools. Our pool area is now the favourite place of the home thanks to Aqua Living Pools! Being a female, I was very cautious in who I went through installing our pool as I wanted someone to go through details carefully. Shane has a very approachable nature and find it very rare in the construction industry. The depth of the pool is perfect and the overall feel is exactly what we wanted. It’s been a few years now and everything is running just like it was day one. We live on a slope and no one can believe what the area used to look like prior to the pool. I had a pool designed and installed by Aqua Living 2 years ago. I have waited until now to place a review as I wanted some time to pass to fully evaluate their performance.
