During this process, we will conduct a discovery call to gather all the information required to build your dream pool. Your site will be researched in preparation for a site visit and design consultation so we can finalise a quotation for your pool.
It’s time to get expert design advice on what pool will work best for your space. We will work with you to create a memorable outdoor living area. An Aqua Living Pools consultant will come to your home and help create an outdoor living space that will suit the entire family. We will progress to the planning stage once you are happy with your pool design.
You have now chosen to build with Aqua Living Pools. We will prepare the building contract, select all materials and finishes, and add them to the specifications sheet. To assist in choosing finishes, we have an in-house 3D design service and a large selection of samples for viewing in our pool room. This is a very useful tool for design inspiration, helping our customers visualise the finished product they will receive. After finalising the design and materials selections, we will submit your engineering and building approval plans.
It’s time to dig your pool! Apart from filling the pool with water, this is the most exciting phase of the process for most customers. All those weeks and sometimes months of planning and visualising your pool are about to begin. Our expert team will prepare your pool for the “dig.” Any final changes and tweaks will be made, and then we’ll be prepared to dig your pool. After excavation, structural steel is installed, followed by internal plumbing. Usually, within 2-5 days, your pool shell is sprayed with concrete, and the curing process will begin.
Now that the structural work is complete, it’s time to add the finishing touches that make your pool uniquely yours. Tiling will be added to the top of the pool shell. The interior lining of the pool is now ready for installation. Most Queensland pools are lined with pebble Crete. After the pebble is installed, your pool will be filled with water the following day.
After completing all the hard work, it’s time to enjoy your pool. Our team will then balance the pool and provide training on how to use the pool equipment and balance the pool.
