Pool Covers

Pool blankets are a useful item to add to a pool even if no other form of heater is used it will help raise the temperature of the water and if used in conjunction with the other forms of heating like, heat pumps and gas heaters the pool blanket will insulate the heat from escaping the pool. A point worth mentioning is that the chemical balance of the pool will need to be monitored differently when a blanket is on for example, chlorination production needs to be reduced because there will be no depletion of chlorine from UV hitting the pool water while the blanket is on.
